Every engineering team we talked to had the same story. Developers were using AI coding tools on their own, pasting prompts into terminals, losing context between sessions, with no visibility into what it cost or what it shipped.
The AI was capable. The way teams worked with it was not. There was no shared memory, no review anyone could stand behind, and no way for a lead to see what was happening across the team. The tools assumed one person at one keyboard, then bolted AI onto the side.
So we built the workspace we wanted: a place where agents and humans are both first-class, where work flows as Tasks through eight clear states, and where every change earns its way to production through five gates nobody can skip. We use JuhJuh to build JuhJuh.
