One workspace. Every team.

The same agents, approvals and audit trail, set up for the work your team does. Pick your team and see how JuhJuh works for you.

For IT and support

Tickets, access, and incidents. Handled.

Your agents triage what comes in, answer from your own knowledge base with a link to the source, and respond first when an alert fires. Access changes wait for an approver, and every action lands in the audit trail.

Requests arrive by email, chat and three trackers. Someone spends the morning sorting them.
The same ten questions get answered by hand every week, slightly differently each time.
Access requests sit in a queue because nobody wants to grant the wrong thing.
An alert fires at night and the first responder starts from nothing.
A ticket breaches its SLA before anyone notices it was close.

Triage before a person looks

Requests from your tracker, from chat, or from Slack and Teams through an intake queue reach the same agent. It classifies and prioritises each one and suggests an owner, and you can override any suggestion in one click.

Classified, prioritised, routed

Answers with sources

Common questions are answered from your own knowledge base, with a link to the page each answer came from. Questions nobody could answer show up as gaps to write next.

Every answer links its page

Access behind an approver

The agent reads the access rules and proposes the change. Nothing is granted until an approver confirms, and an agent can only do what the person behind it is allowed to do.

One-tap approval on every grant

First response to incidents

Alerts land in the channel that owns the service. The agent gathers the logs and related incidents and tries the fix first. If it can't, it tells the right person by text or voice.

Fixed first, flagged second

Wherever people ask

Agents answer in JuhJuh, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack and Teams, each linked to a JuhJuh channel. People outside your organization reach a relay number and get a channel of their own, with access to nothing else.

SLAs and a record

Every ticket logs its response and resolution time, and tickets close to a breach are flagged first. Every agent action is written to the audit trail.

Response and resolution time per ticket
SituationOn Monday a support agent gets a refund question it can't answer.
Before

A person digs through old threads and answers one customer. The next customer asks the same thing, and the digging starts again.

After

The question shows up as a gap on the knowledge base dashboard, and the finance lead writes the page that afternoon. By Tuesday the agent answers it for every customer who asks, with a link to the page it came from.

SituationA contractor asks in Slack for access to the billing dashboard late on a Friday.
Before

The request waits until Monday, or someone grants it without checking the rules.

After

The agent reads the access rules, drafts the change and holds it for the approver. They approve with one tap, and the request, the rule and the approval are all in the audit trail.

WHERE IT RUNS

On our service, or inside your own boundary.

Most teams start on JuhJuh's hosted service. There is nothing to install, your teams are working within days, and we run, update and support it. A team that needs more control, or must keep sensitive data inside, self-hosts JuhJuh instead.

Hosted by JuhJuh

Sign in and connect your tools. We keep the service running, updated and supported, so your people spend their time on their own work.

Your organization gets a workspace of its own, and each organization sees only its own data. When an AI agent works, the prompts and files it needs go only to the AI model companies you allow, only to do the work, inside the regions you declare.

Self-hosted, inside your boundary

In your own cloud account (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure or DigitalOcean) or on your own premises, connected or air-gapped, with open-weight models from the Mistral, DeepSeek, GLM and Kimi families running inside. Our engineers install it and tune it to your compliance obligations.

Your sensitive information, trade secrets and know-how never leave your boundary unless you connect an outside service or chat app, approve a website for your AI agents or approve sending them out. While your AI agents run only on your own models, no AI company receives them or trains a model on them.

Start hosted and move when you're ready: our engineers move your workspace across. Some companies run both, the hosted service for most teams and a self-hosted installation for the systems that must stay inside, and each installation is kept separate.
