01 Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JuhJuh development orchestration platform operated by JuhJuh Ltd ("JuhJuh," "we," "our"). By creating an account or using JuhJuh, you agree to these Terms.

JuhJuh is a B2B SaaS platform that orchestrates automated development workflows from ticket creation through pull request delivery. These Terms apply to all subscription tiers: Standard, Pro, Premium, and Enterprise.

02 Account terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@juhjuh.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Account requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide a valid email address
• One person or entity per account (no shared accounts)
• Workspace administrators are responsible for managing member access and permissions

03 Acceptable use

You agree to use JuhJuh only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use JuhJuh to generate malicious code, malware, or exploit code
• Attempt to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
• Use automated means to access JuhJuh outside of provided APIs
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute JuhJuh access without written agreement
• Use JuhJuh to process data in violation of applicable data protection laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' access

04 Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. JuhJuh may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance), emergency security patches, or infrastructure provider outages.

Enterprise customers may negotiate specific uptime SLAs under a separate agreement. Current platform status is available at our status page.

05 Intellectual property

Your content. You retain all ownership rights to your code, tickets, prompts, knowledge base entries, and other content you create or upload to JuhJuh. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

AI-generated output. Code changes generated through JuhJuh's AI execution pipeline are treated as your content. You own the output. We do not use your code or execution outputs to train AI models.

Platform. JuhJuh's code, design, documentation, and trademarks are owned by JuhJuh Ltd. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

06 Payment terms

All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

• Standard plan: $30/month (billed monthly) or $25/month (billed annually)
• Pro plan: $80/user/month (billed monthly) or $65/user/month (billed annually)
• Premium plan: $149/user/month (billed monthly) or $119/user/month (billed annually)
• Enterprise plan: custom pricing negotiated per agreement
• Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
• Failed payments are retried for up to 14 days before account suspension
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans

07 Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export your content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees after the 14-day grace period, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice before termination except in cases of serious violations or legal requirements.

08 Limitation of liability

JuhJuh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JuhJuh Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to JuhJuh Ltd in the 12 months preceding the claim.

AI-generated code is produced by third-party AI models. While JuhJuh provides five safety layers for human review, we do not guarantee that AI-generated code is free of errors, security vulnerabilities, or licensing issues. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deploying to production.

09 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
