Integrations

Connect your existing tools. Sync issues from Jira, pull code from GitHub and Bitbucket, and get notifications in Slack.

JuhJuh connects to the tools your team already uses. Each connection is managed as a Resource at the project level. Set up integrations from Settings > Integrations in your organization.

Issue trackers

Jira

Bidirectional sync between Jira and JuhJuh. When a Jira issue updates, JuhJuh reflects the change. When a JuhJuh ticket updates, Jira reflects it back.

Setup:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations in your organization
  2. Click Connect Jira
  3. Enter your Jira instance URL (e.g., your-team.atlassian.net)
  4. Authorize access with an API token
  5. Select which Jira projects to sync

What syncs:

  • Ticket creation, updates, and status transitions
  • Bidirectional comments
  • Custom field mapping
  • Webhook-based real-time updates

Linear

Connect Linear workspaces to sync issues and track progress across both platforms. Setup follows the same pattern as Jira.

Source control

Bitbucket

Connect Bitbucket repositories for:

  • Automated pull request creation from completed executions
  • Branch management and protection rule enforcement
  • Webhook notifications for repository events

GitHub

GitHub integration provides the same capabilities as Bitbucket, plus:

  • GitHub Actions integration for pipeline gates
  • GitHub Issues sync
  • Pull request reviews and status checks

Messaging

Slack

Create tickets, trigger AI agents, triage intake requests, and receive notifications directly in Slack. Two interaction modes: structured /jj commands for speed, and @juhjuh natural language for everything else.

Setup:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack
  2. Click Connect Slack and select the project to authorize
  3. Authorize the JuhJuh app in your workspace
  4. Configure channel mappings, intake channels, and notification preferences

Ticket management, agent triggers, intake request triage, per-channel AI guidance, link unfurling, thread sync, and configurable notifications are all included.

For the full setup guide, command reference, and troubleshooting, see Slack.

Webhooks

JuhJuh supports outgoing webhooks for custom integrations. Configure them to notify your systems about:

  • Ticket status changes
  • Execution completions
  • Review requests
  • Pull request creation

Set up webhooks in Settings > Integrations > Webhooks. Each webhook includes a shared secret for signature verification.

  • Slack: full Slack integration guide with commands, intake, agents, and notifications
  • Resources: manage project-level connections and credentials
  • Projects: configure repositories and branch rules
  • Getting Started: initial setup and first integration walkthrough
  • MCP Server: connect Claude Code and Claude Desktop to JuhJuh
